Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good are engaged.

On Sunday (November 17), Majors and Good revealed their engagement during the Ebony Power 100 Gala at NYA Studios West in Los Angeles.

Good showed off her new engagement ring on the carpet.

“We’re feeling great,” Good told PEOPLE.

“It’s a season of joy,” Majors chimed in.

“It’s a season of all the good things,” Good added to which Majors said, “Amen.”

The couple told E! News they wanted to announce their engagement at the gala because it's where they first met two years ago.

"EBONY Power 100 is the event that we met at in the bathrooms, in the unisex bathroom,” Good said.

Majors and Good, who finalized her divorce from pastor DeVon Franklin in June 2022, were first romantically linked in May 2023 after they were spotted watching a movie together.

Their romance was thrust into the public eye as Majors faced trial and was found guilty of assault and harassment in December 2023 in connection to a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. In April, Majors was sentenced to one year of an "in-person batterers" intervention program in Los Angeles.

Earlier this year, Good revealed Majors "actually tried to encourage me not to be with him" during the trial.

"He wanted to protect me," she told PEOPLE. "I was like, ‘My love, first of all, you’re dealing with a Black Leo. And also, I grew up in this industry. The things that I’ve been through gave me the bandwidth to love other people, regardless. So when we got together it was like, this is going to be a lot, but you got the right one.”
