Gymnastics star Simone Biles is adding another Olympic gold medal to her collection.

On Thursday (August 1), Biles, 27, won gold in the women's gymnastics individual all-around final at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Biles dazzled in the vault event before a form break in uneven bars earned her a sizeable deduction on her score. However, Biles made a big comeback on the balance beam and floor, where she performed the world's most difficult routine.

The gymnastic star faced stiff competition as she was up against fellow Team USA member and defending gold medalist of the individual all-around Suni Lee, who secured a bronze medal on Thursday. Brazil's Rebeca Andrade was also a competitor to watch for Thursday's events and earned the silver medal.

Steph Curry, Martha Stewart, Zinedine Zidane, Tony Hawk, Bob Costas, Cris Collinsworth, Al Michaels, and Seth Rogen were a few of the celebrities in attendance for Biles' sixth gold win.

Biles' latest victory marks her ninth Olympic medal after Team USA's dominant performance in Tuesday's team final. Biles is also the oldest women’s all-around champion since 1952.
